Properties in and around Eltham fall under Royal Borough of Greenwich, with the closest major route being the A210. We've completed kitchen fitting jobs from the SE9 core out to surrounding villages like Blackheath.

Common Considerations for Greenwich Properties

• Georgian properties with non-standard dimensions, thick walls, and sloping floors
• Converted warehouse apartments with exposed brick and steel requiring specialist fixings
• Listed building constraints on some of Greenwich's finest period properties

Working in Eltham regularly means we know its quirks intimately — from access challenges near the Royal Observatory and Park to the property styles that dominate each street. That local familiarity makes a real difference on every kitchen fitting project we take on.

How a Typical Project in Eltham Runs

Here is how a kitchen fitting job in Eltham actually runs, from first visit to final tidy-up:

1. 1

   Kitchen Measurement

We take precise measurements of your kitchen space, noting window positions, plumbing locations, and electrical points. On kitchen fitting jobs in Eltham this is where most of the questions get answered.

2. 2

   Design & Planning

We work with you on layout, unit selection, worktop choice, and appliance placement to maximise both storage and workspace. Materials are checked against the Eltham quote before this stage starts.

3. 3

   Strip-Out & Preparation

The existing kitchen is carefully removed, walls are repaired, and plumbing and electrics are prepared for the new installation. Older Eltham properties often need extra care here, so we allow time for it.

4. 4

   Unit & Worktop Installation

Base units, wall units, and worktops are fitted with precision — including sink cut-outs, end panels, and plinths. On kitchen fitting jobs in Eltham this is where most of the questions get answered.

5. 5

   Finishing Touches

Handles, splashbacks, sealant, and final adjustments are completed. We leave your kitchen spotless and ready to use. This is where the detail of your kitchen fitting in Eltham gets pinned down.

Any changes you ask for in Eltham are priced and agreed before we carry them out.
